Heartland Opportunities for Partnerships and Empowerment, H.O.P.E. Community Services, is a non-profit, community action agency that offers vital services to seniors and low-income families in Virginia's heartland. Our agency is one of the largest in the state. We provide millions of dollars in aid to thousands of families each year.

For almost 40 years, federal and state funded programs have served residents and families in seven counties including: Amelia, Buckingham, Charlotte, Cumberland, Lunenburg, Nottoway and Prince Edward Counties.
